Android

2. Open a new account. Click on your account photo in the Play Store app, select "Add another account", then click "Google."
3. Complete the signup process. Click "Create account." You'll be asked for a phone number — your personal number will work just fine. However, you should not enter any payment details if you don't have an Indian payment method. Otherwise, the Play Store will block you from downloading Hotstar India. Since Hotstar is a free app, you won't need a payment method, anyways.
